Director
Hi, I’m Jeff Smither, CEO/Owner of Custom Professional Renovations (“CPR”). I live in a home in Greenwood Village, along with my beautiful wife, and our two dogs and two cats “our children.”
My initial construction experience was gained by being part of a team in high school that did site work and built a home from the ground up.
Additionally, my father was a master carpenter, and I learned many of my skills in home building and remodeling from apprenticing with him in my younger years.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Colorado. I also took specialty classes focusing on Computer Assisted Drawing (C.A.D.).
I believe my college education, along with my hands-on experience in building and renovations, differentiates me from most in this industry.
I began my trade as a solo handyman, and quickly turned it into a sustainable business. I subsequently received my contractor’s license and, in keeping with what my business had grown into, I changed our name to Custom Professional Renovations!
