When working with us, we guarantee clear, consistent communication as well as maintaining an effective line of dialogue throughout the building process, even if you are not physically present.

Initial contact

During our first call, we will ask the right questions to understand your vision and ensure that we are a great fit to complete your project. We can then determine a good time to send a member of our team to meet you for a site visit.

Step 2

Site Visit

During the site visit, a member of our team will meet you to take measurements, pictures and gather details that will help provide you with a clear and accurate estimate. They will explain the process that CPR takes from pricing the estimate to the final handover.

Step 3

Design, Estimate and Contract

We provide clear and thorough estimates to ensure costs are allocated for labor, materials and any unforeseen issues that may arise. We can also generate optional 3D renderings. We will assure that the space works optimally for the people who live in and experience it, in order to make the homeowner’s vision a reality. Our team will answer questions and we can make any adjustments to the project's scope and materials. When the details have been decided and pricing agreed upon, we will provide a contract detailing the work flow schedule, payment process and a reasonable completion date.

Step 4

Approval & Contract

Once you are happy with all the plans, details and have approved the quote, we will provide you with the contract to sign, a detailed timeline of the build and a realistic completion date.

Step 5

Communication

We strongly believe that effective communication is the key to any new and existing relationship and a successful stress-free renovation. We will ensure you know what is going on throughout every stage of the build through direct communication and access to our custom project management software.

Step 6

Handover

Upon practical completion, our team will go through our quality assurance checklist to guarantee your project is finished to the highest standards. Before we call any job 100% complete, we send in a team of professional cleaners to scour your home from top to bottom.
